Deborah Baldwin been a drama teacher and director for nearly forty years. In college, she trained to become a professional actress but at the same time she studied to become a teacher. "I am very glad that I did both!  They have helped each other."

She has also been a writer all her life–sometimes writing more than other times. Recently, she gave in to her perceived trepidation and wrote a book that had been running around in her mind for over thirty-two years.

This blog includes her experiences while writing "Bumbling Bea", articles about drama education for middle-school children, directing and other theatre topics.

Please take the time to contact her if you have any questions about her articles or if you would like for her to address a certain topic.
